Help identifying a song

Ok this one is driving me nuts. The details are sketchy but from what I remember:

-it's a dance/pop tune
-it's on rotation on z103.5
-the singer is female
-it builds on the lyrics from New Order's Bizarre Love Triangle ("everytime I see you falling..")

The fragments of the lyrics that I think I heard are:
"it's all on me, it's all on me"
"everytime I see you coming"

it's not much but hopefully a regular z103 listener will know the track I'm thinking of.
