Help! Instrument Panel Lights Burnt Out? 99 Corolla
I hopped in my moms 1999 Corolla Ce Tonight and flipped on the lights and found that the centre section of the instrument panel lights were burnt out! Its the right side of the tach and the left side of the speedo and part of the speedo needle. Are they LED's or Bulbs in behind? Loose wire?
I've tried googling and cant seem to find anything. I'm taking the Corolla on a 500km trip tomorrow. Luckly during the day!!
Any Ideas?

It's likely bulbs as it would take a lot of LED's to light up that much area and LED's shouldn't burn out so soon. The two Toyotas in my family have had instrument panel lighting go out and it's been the connection both times. Sometimes a careful bashing of the IP will light things back up.

I've tried that, and thats what I thought.
The leds on my 1991 chrysler are still going strong, and they look cool.
Perhaps time for these:
