I am going to buy Logitech Webcam C270 as my previous one is not working any more I research a lot and what I found is below

Computervalley is the who is selling it in cheap I tried at Tigerdirect but this one isn't available there. Is there any other place where I will be able to buy it around $30? Please let me know if there is any.

If you don't mind refurbished you can get a C525 for that price. Has AF and makes the picture quality that much better.

Walmart had these for $15 a year ago...pricematched at futureshop.ca for $10ish but they screwed up so I ended up getting a few for $1 each

Why specific model? Are you using this on Linux?

Because if you are I'm using mine with XBMCbuntu and it works just fine.
