Help me rip video from AOL music site??

I am trying to figure out how to save these videos:

The live performances with Feist. I have tried different methods that work for "youtube" vids,etc but I can't get it to work with this site. Can anyone figure out how to rip these videos off the site?

I tried the video grabber extension for firefox.... But instead of getting the video it grabs something called "Widget" and I can't play that in an FLV player or anything

I downloaded flash capture and it worked. It has a 7 day free trial. Never heard of this band before but that Feel It All song is catchy.
