HELP - MS Outlook sending unwanted Mystery Emails

Hi - my MS Lookout appears to be sending out an additional mystery email whenever I send a legit email ("Sending message 1of 2") , and it appears to also send an email during the automatic Send/Receive checking ("Sending message 1of 1") when I have not created any outgoing email. I can't seem to determine which Email Account is doing this or if it's a bug/ virus of some sort. And the suspicious email(s) do not register in the Sent box.

Not sure why Outlook would be doing this... Any thoughts??
