Help! my icons are messed up.

Yeah so like i was playing a fullscreen game and then after the game crashed and then my icons are messed up, everywhere in my computer I go I can't see the yellow folder Icon, its been like this for a week and its really pissing me off. i've shut down/rebooted my computer like a gazillion times, what do I do????

Thanks it worked although I am kind of very mad ish becuase my icons got re-arranged and I have to reorganize them, im thankful I don't have a messy desktop.
