Help needed : Agent wants to have viewings

The landlord/agent will want you out earlier .... you can probably negociate some cash & moving expenses.

Just a thought.
If the OP does this, I hope he/she is buying a place after moving out. Landlords usually call for references from the last place, so this will not end nicely for either party.

Ya I think you'll want to be a little more flexible. Remove/pack/hide any valuables, understand that people will be going into closets as they are part of the property, and try to put yourself in the landlords shoes (he/she doesnt want to lose months of rental income/mortgage/tax/utility/condo fee payments once you move out and if you were in their position neither would you.
You're moving, hopefully into someplace better, put this behind you and cut the guy some slack.
