help please (from internet search savvy peeps)
if anyone could find a definition of the EVLN (Exit-Voice-Loyalty-Neglect) model, as it relates to Organization Behaviour, could you please post it here?
i've searched google, wiki & the utoronto library e-resources, and have found papers, but nothing which contained an actual definition/explanation of the model.

Google
"exit voice loyalty"
"exit voice loyalty definition"
Also look up on Albert O. Hirschman and his books...
Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exit%2C...2C_and_Loyalty
"members of an organization, whether a business, a nation or any other form of human grouping, have essentially two possible responses when they perceive that the organization is demonstrating a decrease in quality or benefit to the member: they can exit (withdraw from the relationship); or, they can voice (attempt to repair or improve the relationship through communication of the complaint, grievance or proposal for change)."
simply put...(i'm not sure since i am not a psychology student
)
exit = get out of relationship
voice = talk about the relationship
loyalty = affects exit or voice
neglect = don't care about relationship
