HELP re: Nokia phone problems
Hey guys
An oldish phone I'm using (Nokia, flips open so you can type in Chinese characters) that my mom has been using for quite some time, all of a sudden doesn't allow outgoing calls.
Everytime an outgoing call is made (tried my cell and home #, both not busy), you get 3 tones in ascending pitch, and the phone keeps repeating these 3 tones over and over, similar to what you'd hear if you have a busy signal.
Also, the top left hand corner somehow says "2G." But when you dial there is a diagonal line through the "G".
Is there anything I can do about this?
Thanks

is there a menu in the phone called active line? if so check it and put it back from line 2 to line 1. that should work.
