So.......I'd have to assume it was a typo and you meant. NOV 28th? Regardless you're done. You have 15 days to respond and I think you are far, far too late.
Most ins. co's don't penalize the driver on the first ticket...depending how bad it is.
In the future try to write posts that have any semblance of intelligence. People get very annoyed just trying to decipher that *****.

lol well thank you for understanding it was a TYPO, i was just really tired at that time. anyways is there a way to like... tell them to re open the ticket or something...
and for a first ticket... its quite bad i thought it was a 60km/h but it was 50 and i was doing around 85km/h and i was just pushing it a little to over take someone... =\

I don't think your mother's insurance will go up for a ticket you've received so you're safe.
Pay the ticket and take responsibility for your actions.

A lot of young people have their name on their parents insurance because it's too expensive to have your own insurance policy when you're young. In that case, any tickets could impact their parents insurance rates. One minor ticket probably wont increase your mothers insurance, but get a few minor tickets or a major ticket and it will definitely go up.
But ya, definitely fight it, or at least ask them to reduce it. Everyone speeds, and the cop just picked you out of the crowd so he could fill his quota and go home early. If you can clarify your post, maybe more help can be offered.

Re-open it? Don't think so, you have 15 days. If there is no response it's taken as an admission of guilt and you are given the points(3) and the Fine($115-ish?)
Take the responsibilty and pay it. Next time don't speed and deal with your tickes in a timely manner.

Like alot of people have stated in other speeding threads...it can/will effect insurance unless you plea not guilty and win. A reduced fine still means a conviction.
Some people say they get speeding tickets and get a conviction but thier insurance doesn't go up. That's because when it comes time to renew, some insurance companies/brokers don't review your abstract for the year and just renew you. That's hit and miss though whether they check or not.
