Not too sure on how much the tailor can do on the sleeves. But she/he can defiantly do something about the waist part.

Yes, about 2-3 sizes too big.
No tailor is going to be able to fix it to fit decently; the main issues are that the shoulders are too wide, arms too loose and armholes too low.
The shoulder width is the most glaring problem. A well-fitting suit you should be able to JUST see the deltoid (shoulder muscle) at the shoulder, rather than hanging straight down like that. The top shoulder pad should NOT extend past your shoulder at all (e.g. if you leaned against the wall wearing the jacket, your shoulder would touch the wall before the suit does).

OK what about if I called up a Macy's in Buffallo and told them the deal. Do you think they'd let me exchange without the receipt?

Wait you ordered from the website? Did you set up a user profile? If you did does the website save reciepts or send you an email with the order number plus tracking information? I know chapters.ca for example lists every order I've ever submitted to them in my account.

Yeah I have confirmation emails which aren't the same as the receipt that they ask for according to their web page. I am going to call a store in Buffallo and hopefully they A- Have stock and B- Aren't a@#hooles

It's a 44 jacket - what is your chest size ?
Also, keep in mind, if you do any sort of serious weight training you're going to be putting on some mass not only on your chest, but also on your triceps and especially your anterior, lateral and posterior deltoids - and if your deltoids are developed you may have a difficult time getting a proper fit thru the shoulder of the jacket such that a 44 may be your only option.
Before you do anything, I'd find a small tailor shop close to home that does their own custom work, try your jacket on there and get their opinion on the fit of your shoulders and chest.
You definitely need your sleeves shortened anyway and the tailor can tell you whether or not your jacket needs to be taken in ' slightly ' or not.

I'm pretty deez in the chest(If I may say so myself) and somewhat in the arms so I felt the 42 wasn't quite right...Right now I'm little smaller than I was when I took these pics but with a few months of hard work I might be back @ this size...hence the choice of the 44.

The pics weren't necessary.

+1. Visit a tailor and see what they can do.
I'm not sure what they can do around the torso, but the sleeves can definitely be shortened.
I have short arms (~3" too short compared to normal) so all the jackets I buy off the rack have to have the sleeves adjusted. I bring them to my "tailor" and she takes the sleeves off the jacket and shortens it from the top to preserve the cuffs.
