I have questions about the rules, like I wanna know if I should do this or if I should do that? Should I ask them here?

Do the admins mind if I edit the top post of the thread many, many times? (add items, add/edit details?)

If I can only make 2 threads in a single topic every 5 days, do I keep editing the same post and reusing it? If so, what do I put for the feedback link? The thread will be changed.
