Hill's Science Diet: (Premium) perfect weight VS (Regular) Light Adult

RFDers,
Do any of you have dogs that are on Hill's Science Diet food?

We've been feeding our cockapoo Hill's Science Diet "Perfect Weight" from the premium line until now since she's a tiny bit overweight and I was wondering if any of you knew the difference between that and the "Adult Light" type from the regular line? Both seem to aim at the same objective...which is to shed a bit of weight.

Couldn't find any details online.

Thanks

All weight loss foods are probably the same... filled with fiber to make the dogs not feel hungry. Reality is dogs are always hungry.

If your dog is over weight you don't need special food -- you need to cut back on amount of food and to not go by the amount suggested on the bag. My dog is fed less than half of the suggested amount for her size and she is a very active dog.

Also make sure to exercise your dog off leash daily. Get them running. If your dog is still not dropping in weight then visit a vet as it could be a medical problem.
