[Hiring] Tech Support Specialist - Downtown Toronto

Friend of mine is looking to hire a full time tech support specialist.

  • 2-5 Years of relevant experience
  • Technical undergraduate Degree or combination of technical certificates and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer-facing support
  • Minimum 2 years managing desktop environments (at a minimum of Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Mac OS X)
  • Experience with Windows Server 2012r2/2016, Exchange 2013/2016 would be preferred
  • Minimum 2 years supporting mobile technologies, including cell phones, tablets, laptops, etc
  • Minimum 2 years with hardware troubleshooting (e.g. monitors, printers, scanners and other peripherals)
  • Must be able to take ownership of assigned tasks and duties with minimal supervision
