LOL I'd imagine they give them away at every R.I.D.E. spot check, well provided you aren't drunk at the time, lol. In that case your "present" will be the breathalyser and then perhaps arrest!

Haha. to me it's more of a "payment" of the inconvenience of waiting in a long line of cars to chat with police when you are busy during the holiday season.
Or to make the public more happy when they see the ride checks as opposed to "WTF again."

This is such an excellent idea. I got stopped at a ride spot check a few weeks back; I didn't mind so much, but I would have appreciated a coupon or something. Not so much because I would use it but b/c I'd appreciate the gesture.
