[Home Depot] Dewalt Heated Hoodie $65 and Dewalt Heated Jacket kit $137

Just got back from HD. Picked up a Dewalt Heated Hoodie (no battery) for $65. I also scanned a Heated Jacket kit (with batt and charger) and it came up as $137.

Waterloo had 1 XL Black hoodie and 1 M Black Jacket.

I have both Dewalt and Milwaukee heated hoodies and the Dewalts are much better. The material is thicker and has a built in extension so you can store the battery in the front left pocket.

Does a 20v battery work with this?

just picked the soft shell jacket with battery/charger on the way home from work that was held for me. it was the last M they had. initial impression seems is that its pretty well made & it heated up really quickly - i could feel the heat within 30secs. high setting is really warm :)

only fly in the ointment is that the battery pocket bulges out quite a bit. other than that, it works good

The Dewalt is extremely good on battery life, I wasn't as impressed with my Milwaukee.

Tsc stores have been selling these jackets (without the battery) for $100 for at least a couple weeks now.

woke up to a wet wet wet -2c this morning which gave me a chance to try out the jacket (non hoodie). kept me warm & toasty with just a dress shirt so i went back & got the hoodie (sans battery) version as well. now im all set for casual & semi casual :D .

fwiw the hoodie version is quite nice as well & is a great deal for $65 esp for those thats invested in dewalt cordless tools + batteries.

btw i also discovered that the battery can be stored in the left pocket as well which makes it super easy to plug in/out.

Ottawa st store in Kitchener still has 5+ medium black hoodies on the shelf this afternoon. grabbed one for myself. website says they have many of the coats for $137 but didnt see them anywhere. Hoodie itself is a very thick and nice sweater alone, almost worth $65 lol

Anyone who has them, how do they fit compare to other normal sizing? I normally wear an XL but they are cases I needed to wear XXL..

Thanks!

Thanks!
I would say they fit a little big but the actual length seems kind of short. Just ask someone who works at HD to open the box so you can try it on.

I would say they fit a little small, and short.
I always wear M, I'm 5'8 75kg and the fit was fitted.
For normal wear fit is great, for work stuff I was on fence to get size bigger, since you'll be bending, lifting, and stretching a lot.

The size chart worked great for me. You want it tight on you so the heat pads are against you. Theyre not high powered so its not like youre in some sort of oven-suit but they feel damn good if you apply pressure haha. I usually wear a L for everything, but I have the hoodless coat and the hoodie now but theyre both M.
