[Home Depot] Husky 65ft Laser Measure - $21.98

Was just at my local home depot. They have the husky 65ft laser measure (model 99519) for $21.98. Decent price imo

Dartmouth has 48 @ $21.98. Seems to be a special buy or a regular price.

That's a fairly short range for a laser measure, but in practice it's very difficult to use it at longer ranges outdoors because the tiny laser spot is too difficult to see.

Picked one up in Dartmouth. Nice simple tool. Accuracy is (+/-) 1/8th inch. Covers inches, meters and feet with fractions. Can measure from the end or the top of the unit. Auto off in 180 seconds. Turn off the laser to change units and measure from features. Displays two lines, so take one measurement, turn off the laser, move the tool, turn on the laser and take another measurement. First measurement moves up to the top display line. Second measurement is on the second display line.

I just picked it up at the curity Rd depot in Toronto. Display sign showed $24.98 but rang in at $21.98. hopefully a good alternative to the more expensive Bosch model that everyone loves.

Picked one in white rock on Thursday. Seemed like a good price so I added to the basket of things I don't need but need to buy.

Nice, thanks OP.

I just bought a Bosch laser measure recently..on sale for like $70. Little more distance but doubt it warrants the price premium. Ah well, boss covers it anyway.

Disagree. At that price point, you would have gotten a 30-35' range.. so i think double that is plenty.. specially for home use..

I use my 200 ft from Aliexpress which is around $30, and sometimes I have to go in the middle and measure two times. 65 ft is a joke

any sightings in Vancouver area?
Yes I saw a stash of them at the Richmond store but didn't care for it because my AliExpress model is better
