Home Depot Husky Wrench Set
20 piece Husky combination wrench set. 10 imperial, 10 metric wrenches. $14.99
The 22 piece set is $49.99.
No metric 12 mm wrench, however 1/2 inch box end will work for that.
Lifetime warranty.
For those that need a few extra wrenches around, not a bad deal.

Saw this at the Milton HD today (sorry, no camera phone so no pics/SKU). Don't see the set anywhere on the HD website, so it may be discontinued, although there was no sticker/sign indicating sale/clearance pricing. They come packaged in a plastic "holder"- if you've seen how the standalone wrench sets are packaged at CT, basically the same idea, except this set folds in on itself like a book. Definitely a good deal if you're looking to add assorted (and quality) wrenches to your tool box.

I went out and bought a set as extra's to keep in one of the vehicle's for the price however I am not sure about their quality considering they are manufactured in Taiwan.

1/2 inch interchanges with 13mm, not 12mm. You will definately start to round off any 12mm that is tight.

Where do you think Mastercraft and Craftsman tools are made?
Husky has the same no-questions asked, lifetime warranty as CT/Sears, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. According to another thread, they contract at least some of their tools out to Stanley, and they definitely don't skimp on quality. It's the bargain brands like Tool Cache or Jobmate that you have to avoid like the plague.

Is this the 22 set?

What's the catch here? Is that set supposed to be a good deal?

If it is not stamped prominently with "Made in U.S.A.", it is probably made elsewhere.
Even half the Snap-on stuff are probably made offshore.

picked a set up to keep in the jeep. went to the united blvd store in coquitlam(bc), they were not kept with the other husky wrenches and sockets, they had their own display in the front aisle with all the other "deals". looks like a decent set, and at $15 it's a steal. as for the missing 12mm, you could probably drop in a pawnshop and pick one up for 50c or $1.
