when I picked mine up, the lady was happy to explain the return amounts and it would be no problem returning either item.

Such inconsistent behaviours! It truly depends on the person you get, not the merchant!

thanks OP, bought a pair, for under $100 each, how could you not?

Also, instant return, guy at CS didnt even look at the receipt, just scan receipt, scan 2 kits, click pad for email receipt, sign, gone... 30 seconds.

all, I am not close to a Homedepot. If I were to buy the M12 1/2" version online right now which costs $199 would they honour the special price of $149 as per the flyer if I were to go in tomorrow (deal would be dead at the $149 tomorrow)

If you order online the price will automatically change to $149... although you will also be charged the $109 for the starter kit (unless they fixed that). So you just need to open a chat, give them the order number, and ask they they correct it to reflect the promo.

thanks I ended up calling them and the free battery was added on my order. The credit will be applied after giving them my order number. Great and quick transaction with the person on the other end. Much appreciate the help and the OP for this deal

I did online order for in-store pickup they charged me $149 +$109 (battery/charger cost) make sure you get charged correctly. Mine was resolved in-store right away.

Heartland HD didn't allow me to return battery/charger
Morningside HD didn't even look at receipt and process to refund took like a minute.

I can't add the battery pack:

"Unfortunately, your free item is out of stock at this time and could not be added to your cart. Please try another store or change your delivery method."

just have to pick a different location?

Anyone in BC get the 1/2" version for $149?

The flyer here is $199, not $150

Wtf, during checkout, it said $199 + $0 for the battery kit.

The confirmation email showed $199+$109+tax. They didn't autoadjust the price down to $149 and the battery kit was billed at $109 even though it said free during checkout. Anyone else run into this?
