I don't really want to waste my expensive M12/M18 batteries on an overpriced flashlight. Just buy a cheap rechargeable LED flashlight for about $10.

The M12 seems like a decent deal.

But I'm not sure if I need this.

Approximately 9 year old cree LED light. Looks old, maybe getting an update next year? I really like my m12 lantern and rover, and m18 lantern. This M12 flashlight lasts about 12 hours according to mixed reviews. Not sure if I want it yet... thanks OP, this sale snuck by me.

The m18 search light (spot and flood) is on sale at HD US for $79, hoping for a Canadian sale.

My opinion is the light is not really worth it unless you get it for free or as a part of some kit. We have a whole bunch of the M18 and only use them when there is really no other way.

I've never understood this product. And it's not like 160 lumens is bright. Amazon has a 625 Lumen 3-D cell maglite for $55. 16 hour battery life at full brightness, 77 hours on low mode which is probably comparable to the 160 lumen product here.

Why buy a $50 light that needs a $150 battery even if you're invested in their tool system? A D Cell or 18650 flashlight will always be the better choice.

I got 42 hours runtime on my 6AH.

Can't beat lifetime warranty on the tool and battery!

Really great during power outage or camping.

I was debating this m12 but the brightness and reviews didn’t seem that great

I picked up the newer m12 lantern instead and it’s pretty awesome

Thanks OP, I’ve been waiting for one to go back on sale, as I think it’ll be handy to just keep in my tool bag to bring to the office to fix things.

I’ve been caught having to do some some last minute work in the ceilings and using my phone for a light and I don’t want to worry about keeping a flashlight in my tool bag that may run out of batteries from sitting for a long time when I need it the most.

Bad deal in my opinion

Way over priced to begin and this "reduced" price is on the high side for what you get!
