[Home Hardware] 20L jerry can $8.97

Great deal on a 20 L jerry can, never seen it this low before usually only 20% off at Canadian Tire. This is like half price, plus today (March 18th) only they have scratch n save 10-50% off.

Wish I could take the one I have from CT back but it's more than 90 days (and it's full of gas).

Been wanting a bigger jerry can on a deal as good as this. Awful timing though because I was just in High River yesterday and they don't have HH in Calgary anymore, only in smaller cities/towns. Not really keen on driving 30 minutes just to get this. Thanks though!

Home Hardware's website isn't very good, I'd call ahead to make sure they have it at your local store just in case

The 2 20L I have are from CT and I remember I bought them at 10$ each. This was quite a while ago, 5ish years... Obviously this is hotter than that. Worth it if you cross the border frequently. I used to do that a lot when I lived closed by.

Amazon has those electric pumps for $25 USD, best purchase ever for those that get gas from USA often.

1st. You are not a true RFD'er for suggesting spending 25 USD for an electric pump that is not required when you can just use the jerry can provided nozzle
2nd. How are you going to get any gains if you don't lift 20L to fuel up your tank from the jerry can?

It's like saving money to get gains. win-win

haha
A true RFE'er will calculate potential risk/reward ratio and draw a graph with age/health/statistics from lifting injury/spillage of gasoline overtime/time saved per fill up/electricity used by pump

3 of my jerry cans are from 2013 lol. I have 3 20 litre and 1 25 litre can. Each time I go across the border, I save around $25 in fuel just with cans alone. Around $45 if you include the fuel inside my car.
I like the new jerry can that I bought in 2016. They have the vent in the back that allows fuel to get into my car quicker. I am thinking of replacing all my old jerry cans.

Pick up a couple of these. I installed them in the ventless jerry cans I bought in the US. Works great.
