Yes, I also just bought one for $5.97 at Markham East store this morning. They did not show it's on sale until you checked out.

Not a big fan of the torches that require 3xAAA batteries...
I like the CREE torches that use 1xAA battery with about 120 lumens, like this one:

Though shipping takes about 1 month...
The OP torch is good in a pinch I guess_______________

Cree does not make flashlights ... they make the LEDs that go in them.
I do agree that i hate the 3aaa flashlights though. One of my favourites is a single setting, single AA LED light at Canadian Tire that runs $17/$10 on sale. 50-75 lumens I would estimate and runs about an hour on a single battery. Dimples reflector that results in a beautiful smooth output. Plastic, but very solid. It is nice and light. I own a ton of flashlights ... this one gets used more than all the rest combined.

A better deal for a flashlight is tomtop. They have a 300 lumen light for 7.25 shipped. They take 3-4 weeks to arrive but they are really bright. I ordered one and liked it so much I ordered another. It's probably only 200 lumen with a standard battery. I put NiMH batteries in and notice a brightness bump but if you put a Lithium ion battery in I bet you get the 300.

Is this any better than the LED flashlights you can get at Dollarama for $2 or less? Just wondering.
Anyway, it shows up for $15.99 at the Midland store._______________
