[Homedepot] DEWALT DCD780C2 20-Volt Drill/Driver Kit - $107

Deal Link:
YMMV.

Saw the DCD780C2 on an end cap at Homedepot. $107 down from $179. Homedepot.ca/Lowes have it at $259. Canadian Tire at $280. $179 on amazon.

Comes with 2 (1.5ah) batteries, belt hook and contractor bag. Made in USA with global materials. Has been cleared out last year at $75 but I doubt we will see it that low.

Thanks OP. Picked it up this morning. A great deal indeed! It was the last one at Heartland and it didn't even have a shelf location so I was lucky to find it mixed in with the other DeWalt drills. It rang up at $147 or something, but the store manager price matched with OP's photo.

I remember this thing clearing out at $75 a few years ago ... then even further to $39 ... and I managed to price match it at Canadian Tire!

Thanks OP! This will be a perfect replacement for my dead Ni-Cad from Sears. I believe this will be good for all kinds of small jobs around the house.

Woodbridge store had 15 left this afternoon after my purchase . I couldn't find any information Brampton or Mississauga.

Guys don't get confused with the DCD771C2 model. Its less powerful, batteries are weaker and poorer quality. When I was buying one of the DCD780C2, a fellow was buying the other model. He thought because it was $12 more it was a better model. They had both side by side on the rack.

Also picked one up. Went to price match and got the clearance items can't be matched and it rang up at 107 so all was good. Thanked Op.

I bought the 780 but I am still in the market for an impact driver like the US made 885. I've been eyeing the impact and hammerdrill combo set, waiting for it to drop below $200 again. I missed it on Black Friday,

Lowes had the DCF885C1 with 1 battery and charger and bag for $100 (it was 20% off tools and then 10% off $100). came out to 100.xx or 101.xx. I also price matched at home depot for another 10% off (so it was like 101 tax in)

this was a couple weeks ago.

I tried to price match as it came up at $147 but told they only price match to competitors not their own stores??
I didn't think one had to run around to different Home Depot to get the best price between them!

Did you speak with the manager? I was getting the run around from the sales associate, who really didn't want the risk of making a bad decision. I asked to speak to the manager and she checked the store (from the OP's photo) and allowed the price match.

Only the assistant manager was there and wouldn't budge. I think he was afraid of a bad decision and it is a bit too far to drive back to see if the manager would do it.

why do home depot links on rfd always go through some crappy third party link?
ghostery just blocks it each time..
