Honest/Affordable PC Tech Service in Kitchener-Waterloo/Cambridge

Hey Guys,

I need some advice on where to go to get a pc serviced. Some hardware reinstalled among other things and such. I know good places in Cambridge, but this is for a friend in Kitchener and I am not familiar with any local pc stores there. I thought I would try on here before getting him to come out this way. Big box and CC I don't think I would feel comfortable recommending him to since affordable and honest don't typically apply to them for PC servicing.

Any ideas?
