I opened a ticket about a week ago. It's now marked closed, but the issue (can't log into cpanel) is not resolved.

^they probably got flooded with the same issue as everyone was having it so they wrote a faq on a workaround, since it is inherent to how the cpanel is accessed, via port 2062 or something.

They haven't been responding to my tickets for over a month. They would close tickets because "we haven't heard a response from you in 72 hours" when they didn't even reply to the original message.
I've been a premium paying customer for years now, thinking that I will now move on and find somewhere with better support.
