If I recall from when I bought mine last year the model number difference is just English vs. bilingual. I PM'ed at Walmart with no problems, but YMMV.

Hopefully you'll be as happy with the Transformer + dock as I was, I absolutely love it. Originally had the EEEPad then upgraded to the Prime.... the dock adds a ton of functionality and battery life.

I got TF300T without dock for $266 (PM at BB with Vision $278).
I wish I have waited for this
Now I need to find the dock for under $90 to make it even.
