Just picked this up for $166 shipped, including taxes to TO. Usually runs around 200 + taxes or more depending on where you buy it. What I like about this unit over others with built in UPS is that this conditioner comes with lifetime warranty, the other belkin conditioners with UPS usually only have 3 years warranty.

The bottom line is about the same. The only thing about FD is that it list the item as 1 year warranty. It's not listed on Compu2000 but I'm assuming it carries Belkin's lifetime warranty. If FD carries the same warranty, then it's up to you where you want to buy it from.

EDIT: I called to cancel the order and I told them FD is selling it @ 129.99 and I can pick it up. They gave me a refund on the difference so I paid $146 for it.

$10,000 speakers when you can get $1000 speakers is for better sound quality.
Dedicated BluRay when you can get a PS3 doesn't make sense to me because the PS3's a really high quality BR player.
And for this product... I'd like to know what's good about it =o
