Tried to do the trade 1 for Ratchet & Clank at the Fairview EB but the employees there hadn't heard of the deal.

Look over the counter for a black sheet of paper (i say ~3/4 the size of a regular size piece of paper) and point to it. Just about every EB will have their promo taped to the table at the counter. Just point to that and they'll know or find out. If memory serves, R&C is 1 slot up from the bottom right corner (i believe there are 8 promo and R&C is #6).

not sure if this has been answered or if it's common knowledge, but do BB and FS match these promotions?

even if they matched these EBG promos, their rules for min. TIV are diff. ... it's now $15 (was $10), which is kinda difficult to find...

And the sales rep is giving me a hard time saying that the trades are only for used games even though the flyers don't specify.

I just went again to another EB store and the gentleman there said it applies for new games actually. But they didn't have a new R&C in store

Anyone in the Mississauga or Markham area know where to find a new copy of R&C?

That's the rub, the game is discontinued new at EB, and it seems like most stores only have used copies.....so this deal is looking cool.

Trade 3 is always possible for ANY game.

Just go in, do a t3g1f for any upcoming 69.99 game (COD:mw2). Then come back a few days later and tell them you want to return the preorder. They'll give it to you on a card, use the money to buy MUA2.

Meh. Then I'll just trade 2 and see if I can get do a TMGM with a few other games.
