I bought in store that one yesterday and it was $59.99+tax. Same Mfr. Part Number: RMN2-667/2G though.
Thanks
Carlos

I don't expect a problem when getting a price adjustment when I pick the order up in-store. Their own ISPU policy states:
"You get the lowest price. If the product you ordered is available at a lower price in the store you selected at the time of pickup, your credit card will be charged to reflect the lowest available price."
http://www.futureshop.ca/informationcen ... &langid=EN

So as long as you go pick it up between 5-9pm tonight, you should be able to get the item for the lower price.

Did you guys get an e-mail from FS saying that the package was ready for pick-up? I am just wondering as my fear is that if I order on-line it won't be ready for ispu until after the sale.
TIA,
Carlos

I received confirmation that my order was received, but haven't received the email saying that it's ready for pick-up

Will this RAM work in my 2.1 GHz Core 2 Duo Macbook? If so, how many sticks should i buy? Currently there is the following memory in my macbook: 1GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM.
So 2 sticks for me?

Thanks rvs for the link. I will present that if the FS representative makes up his/her own policies.

Because everyone and their pets have ordered online for ISPU later tonight :D

Is it possible to hang onto the ram before 5 and then just checkout during the CAS hours?
Yes of course. Better yet, buy it now and ask for a price protection between the CAS hours tonight.

how much of an argument do we have if we go to the store, just before 5pm ask for the RAM and they have none....

they advertised a product, then at the time of sale they have 0 in stock...
I don't have a FS/BB flyer handy but they should have a clause somewhere on the fine prints that says "subject to availability" or something. You can try to ask for a rain check but YMMV (prob not for this 'special' sales event). Not to mention if it is still available online (but not in stores for ISPU) it is still seen as "available".

The way things have gone down for this product, I can definitely see a change in FS policy coming regarding price protection during these sales, much like boxing day sales.
May be... but for now they haven't  :D

So 2 sticks for me?
There are two slots on the MacBook. You can either install one on the free slot to compliment the 1 GB SODIMM already in place. Or, buy two sticks and replace the existing 1GB SODIMM.
