also just saw that Burrito Gordito and Eighteen30 was added - not sure how long ago but seems like they're expanding their service areas.

I've been thinking in give it a go for a while - they have Burrito Boyz and I go there like at least once a week.
I think this is better than the previous offer? I think it was $1 lunch first week. *better considering you will keep the plan

How can you browse the restaurants without signing up? It forces you to the sign up page when you click "Browse restaurants"

There's a map at the bottom, you can select your city.

good price except that you need to use 12 meals in 30 days. I don't like to go out for lunch everyday, probably twice a week with no expiry would have been good.

Yeah this is definitely their better deal since it would've been regular price after the $1 for the first week.

I've used MealPal for a couple months, finding the portions way too small for me.

Its because mealpal sets the menu, so its specific to them, unlike other apps, where its the general menu. I cant a burrito from fat bastard, and it was half the size of the norm nearly.

Glad they’re adding more restaurants to the map! Used them when they first launched but found the options were terrible

Up to your individual taste I guess. I personally like the fact that the servings are a little smaller (and obviously cheaper) as I don't want a restaurant-sized "eat 'till you're stuffed" portion when for me it's just a regular weekday lunchtime.

E.g. most of the time places like Burger Priest will just give you the burger (if it's one of their larger ones), or burger and fries if it's a smaller one. I don't feel like having the "full meal" every day at places like that.

I find most of their options are pretty decent size especially at places such as poke guys, kupfert, crave and richtree. but then again i haven't really ordered from some of these restaurants before mealpal

Yeah me too. I'm not hungry afterwards, but it's not a full-plate-spilling-over portion. In my case it's about right... stops me eating more too!

If I signup do I get to chose from full menu or there only selected items?

If selected items, do they have vegetarian options?

There's one set menu item per daily that rotates daily.

There's a few, there's a vegetarian filter so places like Kupfert & Kim, La Prep (sometimes), Richtree Vegan... I'm not vegetarian but I believe there's a couple more
