i have 2 questions:
1. Does fido offer something similar to this?
2. Does anyone with 6GB plan actually use that much a month? I mean, 6GB is a LOT!

can we tether with this plan ?
also if you use the internet everyday for say 3 hours on the phone ( including youtube streaming and possibly agps and logged to MSN ) would 500 mb be enough ?

As for who called, you get a texte message abotu the missed call (missed call when you were out of range)
Yeah, I am lost too. What does BIS and MMS mean?? What do they stand for. WM?? What the...?? English for slow learners like me please!
I have an Iphone so from what i can decipher (the only part I can understand!) is that the only plan that I could qualify for is the $30 one. right? If only I knew what all those acronyms stood for!

BIS is for blackberry
MMS is picture messages..
iphone users get visual voicemail instead of MMS...
there are 3 seperate plans.. tell them what device you have or what plan you want...
i just relunctantly changed to this to save $10 a month.. i don't really need 6 gig's of data...

I just signed up for the one with 500mb of data and the rep confirmed it's $20 with a $10 monthly credit.
The OP should change his post to $20 with $10 credit for the data one.
sorry im totally confused here, you mention 20 dollars with 10 monthly credit- thats already been applied? so there is a plan, where you overall, are paying 20 dollars for 500mb and all that extra stuff?
right now im paying 25 extra for 500mb data, but my voice mail/calldisplay/125 texts cost me 2 bucks extra.

Plan 1: 10000 SMS/MMS, CID, EVM, Who Called Unlimited Email and Instant Msging
30 - 10 Credit = 20, so Rogers applies a revolving credit
Plan 2: 10000 SMS/MMS, CID, EVM, Who Called, and 500 MB of Data
$30, no application of credit, just 30 bucks.
Edit:
reports coming in for Plan 2, if you sign for 3 years, you recieve a revolving 10 dollar credit, making it 20. Guess its ymmv, better to act on it now, when reps dont know the full details.

When I called Rogers, they said I would lose Visual Voicemail, and that I would have to revert to 20th century analog voicemail!
It would be nice to confirm this!
