I don't think there was ever a 1080p 45" D90 model, only the D40 (which is 720p). 1080p only came in the 37" and 57" panels.

You're right, there never was a D90 model, but there was the following:

I know because I put it into my PocketPC when I was in costco and I watched it for several weeks before they sold out. I tried searching for the model number on Sharp. This is the closest model I could find:
