hmmm... this doesn't look like it has a double strap...

this bag is ok if you're a beginner and you expect to be riding a cart.

It might be just this laptop's LCD but that looks more like baby blue than navy. Great price if you don't mind the colour or can do without the strap (e.g., you have a pull cart to mount it on).
