I only saw them at the Waterloo store. I went back yesterday for a second one and they where all gone. The only one in site was a display model which I picked up. The sales guy said they sold like hotcakes Sunday as they did a demo of the drill.
I used mine for the first time on Saturday to build some garage shelving and was thoroughly impressed (which is why I bought the second one).

I'd rather pay and extra $30 and get a corded model.
The charge on a Cordless Hammer drill won't last long.

There was lots in Edmonton the other day. Picked one up to hammer drill through concrete. Does OK, despite being cordless. Battery drains quickly while hammer drilling, but includes two. Seems decently well made and heavy, better than the $40 POS Black & Decker non-hammer drill I got from CT. The magnetic holder on the base is pretty handy too. Be sure to pick up some masonry bits if you plan on drilling some concrete.

I primarily bought mine to do "regular" cordless drilling. The fact it does hammer drilling is a bonus.
