How about a Honda dealer in GTA?
I'd like to buy a new car. Which dealership is the best based on your experience? Are all the dealership the same in the end?

My family bought two cars from Parkway Honda in mid town and we were really pleased with the sales aspect. When it came time for service I would say they were just average. They didn't do anything wrong, but didn't ever go over and above either.
I've heard good things about Sisley Honda lately, though that is strictly word of mouth.

Personally, I didn't like Sisley, so has taken my Honda to Richmond Hill for a couple of years. But they moved a new place up north, which reminds me of the Sisley in general.
THE Sisley didn't even bother responding a couple of my email recently!

@ roadsport honda i had a prick for a salesperson. (can't rmb his name)
markham honda the sales were pretty nice. but they weren't too good on price (still better than roadsport tho)
ready honda was the easiest to deal with if all you do is go in just to buy and care about nothing else but price (no need for any 'selling'/test drive/etc)... still no match for us pricing but best i could find in gta

Sisley
Stay away from Sisley. An arrogant, unfriendly dealer.

I recommend Formula Honda. Friendly and competitive price compare to other ontario dealerships.
I dealt with the sale manager Angelo, he's a nice guy and willing to throw in accessories. I bought 2 civics from him and referred 3 other sales afterwards.
But I won't recommend their service dept since they are just trying to suck your blood. One time they said I need to do alignment and it'll cost over $300. i went to my friend's garage and he told me it's definitely no need for that since my car was so new.

thumbs down for Sisley as well. Their service dept are total crooks (and tried to rope my mom into paying $1500 for services not needed yet) and the sales manager didn't return my calls. There are tons of other dealers around. Richmond Hill Honda is good.

+1 for Formula for sales, I had similar experience from their service dept. If you want to service your car at a Honda dealership, my experience was Parkway was pretty good. Can't complaint when there's wifi to surf RFD when you are waiting for your car.

Excellent sales service (we deal now with the general manager of the dealership) and we've gotten excellent service when taking out cars in for service.
