How accurate are price tracking websites?

Was looking at purchasing the v moda boompro mic from amazon. According to a certain camel and jolt from the sky, the lowest these mics have gone is 29.99.

However, past threads from RFD indicate they have been as low as 27.99.

In my experience, these sites have always been accurate. In this case, what gives?

It depends on how often the tracking website refreshes.
It is possible that the 27.99 price happen in between two refresh.

Agreed, I have seen this as well.
Some price changes are only for a very short period of time, so triple camel doesn't see it.
What if there were no hypothetical questions?
