How to check for dual-core?
My buddy just got a a brand new computer for his birthday, the specs are the following...
Pentium D 3 Ghz
WD 250 GB HD 7200 rpm
ATI X550 256 mb
2 GB of Ram
His dad says it is a dual core but when he opens up his properties from My Computer, it just says Pentium D 3.0 Ghz, how does he find out if his is dual core or not._______________

Doesn't a dual-core Intel with HT actually show up as 4 procs in taskmanager?
