How do I get a temp US billing address?

I'm sorry if this has been asked many times before, but I couldn't find anything on it in my searches.

I want to buy some stuff from a US website that will only bill and ship in the US. I think I have seen a website that will give me a temp US address to ship to, then they'll ship it up here, or something like that.

However, how can I get a US credit card billing address. Will one of those virtual cards work? If so, how do I get one of those?

Sorry for all the questions, but I've never done this sort of thing before. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
