How Do I Make a Direct Video Link?

I just cannot figure out how to make a direct video link from a video host file that I can then put into another video host to make a copy on that host via the remote URL upload. So, for example, here's a vodlocker link: http://vodlocker.com/51ou86nw9xef

*if* I could make a direct video link of this file, I could put it into other hosts who offer a remote URL upload function, such as:

streamin.to
nosvideo.com
vidzi.tv
allmyvideos.net

to name four.

I've tried software, I've tried lots of things. But either it doesn't work period or it doesn't like my IP address. I know people do this all the time, so I'm guessing I'm just missing one, simple step. But I have no idea what it is. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Does no one really examine the source any more? Took me like 15 seconds to find that.
I tried that. And it never works. Even though it should I think. I tried this one you made just now and it doesn't work. It generates an error message. I tried three of the hosts I mentioned above. I don't know if you have accounts at any of the hosts I mentioned, but if you do you could try it for yourself. This is why I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have the direct video link, but it doesn't generate the file copy. Sometimes (depending on the host I use for the direct video link) it will generate a file. But it's really tiny and it never plays.

Just download it and reupload it to a different host then do what you're going to do.

EDIT: Even if you don't have a different host, dump it in the old dropbox public folder (google how to enable it again) and get the direct downloadable URL.

Of course I can download and reupload, but that's not the point as I should be able to make the link without doing that. The second thing you said sounds promising, but I honestly don't understand what you mean. What's "the old dropbox public folder" and what do you mean by "how it enable it again"? What's the "it" in this case? Could you maybe explain that a bit?

Most links are protected explicitly for this purpose. If they don't allow it then you have no choice but to download and reupload.

The new Dropbox allows you to share from anywhere, but it drops you into a splash screen.
The "old Public folder" was a folder that you could right click and get a direct link to the file without said splash screen. This means that various URL fetchers will work whereas the current share method will just grab the splash screen page.
If you have a newer Dropbox account, the public folder doesn't exist. You have to visit https://www.dropbox.com/enable_public_folder to reenable it.
