How do you claim late delivery with Can Post?
Okay, I shipped an express post parcel to the US. They said it would be delivered by the 20th. It's the 21st now, and its just been delivered. Seeing as how its a day late, I should be able to claim a refund. How do I go about doing it?

You're kidding right? It was most likely out of their control.

i'm not kidding. They advertised an GUARNTEED delivery date, which they missed. Says so on the back of the form, which means I should be able to get a refund.

If it was a few days then maybe but 1 day give me a break. It could have been held up at customes.

Exactly my point. Customs can sit on it for as long as they want. Nothing CP can do about it. I think you're lucky it was only a day late.

No worries. Don't forget, drop-off day doesn't count.

Personally I wouldn't bother, being it 1 day late only
unless it costs you like $20-$30 to ship it
Let us know how it goes

So where do you draw the line? 1 day? 2 day? 3 day?
