I feel good about it. Like if i see a homeless guy on the street and walking towards me. I will cross to the other side street.

This is something I've been battling mentally for a while. Its human nature to judge so I don't blame those who do. It is a survival instinct and one humans recognize a pattern (which we're very good at), we steer clear. So if your walking down the street at night and you see a group of guys dressed in typical 'gangster' clothing, I think its all right to take an alternative route. Adam Carolla mentions an argument for this for police profiling. Certain racial groups are more likely to commit certain crimes and that's why I am alright with racial profiling. If I had a young daughter kidnapped from a playground, I would have no problem with them screening white males that know my family.
However, what I've been dealing with is stopping random poor judgements of people based on their looks. If I see a guy in full Ed Hardy clothing, I immediately think, "what a douche bag." I would like to stop myself from thinking this way because that's not right and I recognize my own errors there.

I feel enlighten being judgmental. Last night at the club, this girl approach me and I told her to get out of my face! She aked why. I said you make me look desperate. She said huh? I said you are damn ugly! Now get away from me! She walks away crying. That felt great!

Right. Another part of this is that people who dress in that way often dress that way because they want to be intimidating to other people. They know what it represents. It's a uniform of the thuggish and unrespectable.
And it's not limited to race, because lots of people would just steer clear of thuggish-looking people regardless of their skin colour.

It really depends on the situation. We're programmed to judge and stereotype people as someone stated earlier because that used to be a part of the survival instinct (aka recognize quickly if someone was a threat or an ally).
In today's world, I'd say being judgmental and stereotypical is ok so long as you're willing/open to change the first impression/judgement you have on someone later on. I have an issue with people who stereotype or judge others and cling to that image all their lives despite proof of the contrary.
