When I'm on the run (less than 5 minutes of preparation time), I put in:
5 eggs
1 teaspoon of chives
1 teaspoon of ginger
8 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon HP
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

It keeps me awake during the day since I don't drink (or drink very little) coffee.

3 eggs (1 whole egg and 2 egg whites)
Milk (NOT WATER)
Garlic
cook on low heat. Keep stirring until you get the consistency of scrambled eggs, then let it form a whole omelette.
Throw in what ever you want, onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc.
then crank up the heat.
Yummy!_______________

With a frying pan  :P
I'm kinda plain, just 2-3 eggs and a little cheese, ham and little bit of salt & pepper.

Wow 5 eggs for Wintech!!! That's usually a 2 person omlette for me and my GF.
Well, I generally use 3 eggs in a non stick pan on medium heat. The eggs are usually mixed with a bit of milk in a separate bowl prior to putting it into the hot pan. When the mixture is in the pan, it is swirled so that the egg liquid covers the pan evenly. Turn down the heat to about 4 and cover until your omlette forms.
Add whatever stuffing you want, cover it again for a min or two while reducing heat once more to about 3, flip, slide, and serve!!
By the way, I usually cook the stuffing and grate the cheese before any egg cooking is done.

I take a small 8 inch non- stick pan and heat it till it's hot. Then I beat 2-3 eggs together and add in a pinch of salt and pepper. Swirl a little oil in the pan and put the eggs in it, stirring vigourously over the a medium heat until most of it is set, then I hit the far end of the pan until my omelette moves into a fold, then a flip the rest over onto a plate. THe omelette looks like an ovla. That's considered a french omelette...
