How do you pay parking tickets?
I know this is a silly question but I was arguing w/ someone, can you or can't you pay parking tickets at a bank? Apparently you have to actually go to a parking operation place in toronto?

No offense, but I pay them by lining up and filing a notice of intention to appear.
I haven't gotten one yet...total cost to me, 45 min

=/ I was w/ him in the car and he said he needed to stop by one of the places but I kept telling him just to pay it at a bank cause I wanted to go home
I guess he was right I don't see a payment at a bank option there
That's CRAZY who knew...cause the place was lined up so badly and we just wanted to pay the damn ticket...

I don't know about Toronto, but in most cities you can pay over the phone or on-line.
