Well, tigerdirect seemed to be a lot better than futureshop or any other of my local stores, but ya, sometimes price does reflect the service, but tigerdirect didnt seem to bad, they thankfully cancelled my order, while it was already processed through to the warehouse, so it was all good.

Seconded. There has been times where I just never got through myself. Once I did get through after letting their phone ring for a long time, but whoever picked up just left it off the hook. I can hear voices and stuff going on but no one would talk to me. After waiting several minutes, they hung up on me. Boy did that really tick me off.

On a related note - has anyone been able to get REMOVED from their damn email lists? Every method I have tried has been broken or failed. I'd also like to be removed from their snail-mail list...

If you want to reach their customer service, call late at night. Their service center runs until very late, if not 24-7 (the latest I've ever tried was close to 11pm EST). Almost with zero wait time. And the staff on night shift are a lot nicer too
