I signed up online this Saturday... Then a few minutes later I used the membership number they emailed me, to request a quote. The web site said it would take one business day to process, but I actually got the APA quote (with all the APA agreed costs) by noon on Sunday! So it was pretty quick.. (This was for Toronto APA.)
If anyone wants the numbers on an Acura TL please PM me (ultimately you should go via APA and let them get your referral $$ though.)

How long does it take to process an APA membership?
I was wondering how long it takes to process an APA membership. I registered over the internet this morning and I want to buy the car this week or next week.
Typically, how long does it take them to email you the information that your membership has been processed?

Oh, it's lonesome away from your kindred and all,
By the campfire at night where the wild dingos call,
But there's nothing so lonesome, so dull or so drear,
Than to stand in the bar of a pub with no beer.

Lucky you. I haven't even received a confirmation email.
So, after I sign up all I have to do is call them up even without receiving the confirmation email?

After signing up online, I received within about 15 minutes these emails. Check your spam filters perhaps, or giv your Montreal APA a call to see if there was some problem or something.
1. "Welcome to the APA" (includes membership number)
2. "The APA sign-up package"_______________

This service isn't exactly giving me much hope.
They aren't even answering their phones.

It's a good service. Maybe they thought it was Easter Monday.

Let's hope so. Do members get a different number to call or is it the general number where no one seems to pick up?
