Ok, I do the Sheppard -> College run every day.

Sheppard -> Bloor = 22 minutes from stepping on the subway to stepping off. Not counting delays, which may happen.

As I recall from my days in Mississauga, from Islington to Bloor, that's about a half hour.

Count on 1 hour of train riding in total. Take into account waiting for a train too, and you'll probably get to where you need to be in about 1:10?
