How long will it take to get from Islington/401 to Victoria Park/401 tommorow during rush hour?

I have to be there for 8:45AM, so if I give myself an hours travel time will I be alright?

an hour is a HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE overestimation. probably around 40 minutes max in rush hour. ~10 minutes with no traffic.
