I'll admit the last month has sucked for me..before that I was doing the gym or p90x daily....biking daily...
Am I reading "in the bedroom" correctly too? Cause I guess I'd add 5 sessions or so a week for that then too....

How many hours of exercise do you get in a week?
Just curious..
Didn't want to post in the Sports section because i am more curious as to how much exercise a non-sportsy person gets in a week.
Physical exercise includes what you do in the bedroom, commuting to work by bike, etc.

Gym = 1-2 hours every other day (depends)
Muay Thai = 1 hour every other day
Boxing = 1 hour every other day
Kettle bells = 30 min every other day
Bedroom = All day every day (I think OP secretly wants to know how much sex RFD'ers get on a weekly basis? Maybe he's not getting enough LOL)_______________

varies so much I cant even tell. Some Saturdays im going non stop fixing stuff around the house and yard, playing with the kids, etc.
Ive done 16 hours straight some Saturdays doing yard work_______________
