How many inches for arms to be considered big?

Assuming your not obese, what is a good upper arm measurement?

I'm 5'11, 185lb and have 15" (cold flexed)

Is that good? How big are yours?

15 is respectable.
I recall reading somewhere that Mike Tysons were 16", and he looked pretty big.
I saw it years ago on a more credible site, but here's a source anyways:

But in terms of what looks big, there are other factors...length of arm, height, and bone size. Truth is a lot of what makes an arm look big has to do with the tricep.
Thanks for the memories, RFD.
Good-bye.

then again... Mike Tyson was ripped to shreds in his early boxing career.
So it really depends...

You could have 14"inches and be "huge" if you're ripped to shreds.

no, you would still be small, only 15 year old girls consider a guy with 14" arms to be "huge"

Back in the day... I quit bodybuilding about 14years ago due to bad back... I was 18.5" right bicep and 19" left bicep. Thats at 6'-0" and 232lbs. Friends thought I was big, but I didn't really see it. I always saw myself as a 165lb skinny guy - thats what I was when I started working out. Also had almost no body fat as I was so skinny when i started.

Now, not quite the same...

It's hard for a couple reasons.
One, you can have a guy with 15" arms, lean, and have tiny joints, and his muscles will look huge.
Or you can have 15" arms on someone who is 5'2" and lean, and they'll look big.
But 15" arms on a 6'3" guy, won't look very big.

I'm 6'3", my arms are probably about 18", I don't really pay attention, I could care less about my arm size.

I'm 16 though. Do my arms get bigger as I get older even if I dont work out?
