How much can you haggle for a used car?
I am going to buy a used car for the frist time in Canada. Was wondering how much you can haggle for a used car. If the listed price with a showroom is $17,999/-, what should be a good deal?

There's no CCC for used cars. But as coriolis said, check autotrader and others as well as dealers to give you an idea as to the value.

+1 - the varying condition, mileage, options and then regional pricing differences mean you have to watch ads, etc to get a good feel for what stuff is worth.
Even then, if you find that really sweet one, extremely low mileage, owned by a little old lady who only drove to church on Mondays, etc, you may want to pay more than market. Depends upon the car._______________
